Healthcrisis for the O

Obama stated "You're going to destroy my Presidency" in leu of the fact that a Republican made a comment about his healthcare policy. Grow a set Obama. People, including the lawmakers in the House and Senate say shit everyday!! If the President is going to start making rebuts then maybe he should start with the comments being made about his wing nut wife.

Analogy perhaps...

If my dogs were human, they would definitely represent the Dems... ha! (they are lazy, sit on the couch, eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat....you get the idea, they do nothing and expect everything!) The key here: they are animals, of course I don't mind helping them, however, HUMANS should be doing these things for themselves, not waiting for the government to do everything and pay for everything.

Princess Pelosi

Lying about the facts is not gonna last for very long. The minority leader is doing the right thing by speaking out and saying that Pelosi's silence is "deafening." If she is not lying, why not come out with the facts and move on. Of course Republican's want to know the truth, but the Dems do as well.  Either come up with the evidence, or simply apologize, Pelosi.

President O

How can you go abroad and criticize the country you live in?  The President is simply "making up" history.

How many czars can one administration come up with????? Another one this morning that is being referred to as the "pay czar."

Obama-NOT

The past 4 months have been simply out of control. From the absurd stimulus, to the tentative nomination of Sonia Sotomayor, to the recent comments that the United States is a muslim country, I don't even know what to think anymore. Bow down before the Saudi King? I didn't even think that was real at first.... My frustrations with the President have gone from anger, to pure sadness and embarrassment. What is he honestly thinking? As the President you are suppose to be focusing on issues that will tentatively help the largest number of Americans, not just the muslim community. I'm deeply concerned for this country, and the price we are going to pay for the countless number of irrational, and to be honest crazy ideas this President has and will pursue.

Dennis Miller on O'Reilly

Caught a small glimpse of O'Reilly factor last night. Dennis Miller was on for a small portion....absolutely hilarious!! I think he referred to our congressional participants as "Speaker Walk" and "Vice President Chew Gum"

GOP and Sex

"The worst sexual double standard in politics right now is that too many subconsciously believe Republican women are void of sexual desire altogether." Meghan McCain

I won't even get started on this issue but McCain wrote a great piece.

Bush Administration Lawyers

I just read an article on CNNpolitics.com about a group of progressives who are in attempts to have "12 Bush administration lawyers disbarred for their roles in crafting the legal rationale for so-called enhanced interrogation techniques that many view as torture."  Are these people serious? Can they honestly sleep at night knowing that they are trying to take down some of the smartest, highly recognized lawyers, yet not bat an eye at the fact that Obama and his administration have made it quite clear that closing GITMO is a priority? At what point are these attorney's more of a threat or danger to our country then these F-ing terrorists???? I've read so many liberal blogs that are defending Pelosi talking about how we need to stop point fingers. Well there ya go Dems....right back at ya. STOP POINTING FINGERS and focus on the real issues.
P.S.  As the New York Post said in a article yesterday I believe, (not sure if that source is accurate) the swine flu is not over and it is still a major concern right now. While I hate to even mention his name I found a quote from Bill Thompson who is running for mayor right now in NY, stated "We went from 'This is a crisis' to 'Don't pay attention' to 'OK, it's a crisis again.' " While there is a particular reference to that statement about the Mayor's handling of the swine flu, the Mayor is certainly not to blame. Try using more negative campaign efforts Thompson, see where it gets you.

Obama Commencment: Notre Dame

Teleprompter does wonders for the President. Overall, decent speech, I'll give credit when necessary, even though I still think half of what comes out of his mouth is irrelevant. At least during his commencement speech, we didn't have to hear what his "bottom line" is every other sentence. Surprised to see only one person escorted by police.  Overall, not a bad speech, however, at what point did Notre Dame really think it was appropriate to give him and honorary degree???

GOLF

The rain is really screwing up my ability to g0 golf!!!!! It has been raining the past 3 or 4 days and forecast has rain all weekend. YUCK. Next best thing....watch it on tv!

FDIC

Senator John McCain posed a very important question this morning on Twitter. "Head of FDIC assures banks they are too big to fail - What about small businesses, are they too small to save?" Great question Senator. Now the real question is whether or nothing something will actually get done.

Double Standard

I don't normally like to generalize an entire group because its unfair, however, why do Democrats insist on using the racism card whenever anyone talks about immigration?? This is sooo irritating. This is a bit of a rant but..... I feel like Democrats are so concerned with what Republican's are saying, and what we [conservatives] stand for, that they don't even have anything original to say themselves. All we can do is agree to disagree. While things such as gay marriage and immigration are hot topics right now, we are basically not allowed so to speak, to have have opposing ideas. The second you say you believe in a traditional marriage your considered a bigit/homophobe. If you even attempt to say the word immigration, already you are considered racist.
For a party who is so insistent on equal rights and freedom of speech, at what point are Republican's/Conservatives not allowed to have an opinion as well? While I don't necessarily agree with Miss California, she has had to answer to unnecessary havoc. The poor girl was asked a question that first of all was not even fair compared to the rest of the questions asked, however, she answered it with her most sincere beliefs at steak. Bottom line is, if the Perez Hilton's and Janeane Garofalo's of the world want to talk shit, they need to get that facts right first and stop being so hypocritical.

The View

"Michelle Obama will guest-host 'The View' on June 18. Ahhh, the genius of the Obama campaign-- putting a mean-spirited woman with a tendency toward politically stupid utterances on a national stage with a group of women whose sole purpose is to utter mean-spirited, politically stupid things.

She will help interview guests and "banter" with co-hosts. I can't wait."

(I took that verbatim from http://townhall.com/blog/MaryKatharineHam)

Photo Shoot

“Those of us who manage the public’s dollars will be held to account— to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of day— because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government.” President Barack Obama (Taken directly from whitehouse.gov)

EXCEPTION: Air Force One $250k for photo shoot over Statue of Liberty

HELLO IS THIS GUY SERIOUS???

TIME

There is something wrong with this picture. So Time magazine put out the 2009 Top 100 Influential people. While I am well aware that everyone is going to have a different opinion about what is actually considered influential. However, I personally find it kind of sad that among all of these great people, they have to go and add Baitullah Mehsud. I know a lot of people would disagree with me however firmly believe that we need to be more optimistic. Why even give the satisfaction to anyone associated with terrorists or al-Qaeda by jacking up their morale. Secondly, while I haven't thus far agreed with President Obama on very many things, the one thing he has already done is sending missiles in Mehsud's training camp, three days after being in office. (According to time.com)
In addition, how the hell can someone like T-Pain be even the slightest bit "influential"??? Seriously, we have better things to read about than the fact that T-Pain helped create the Auto-Tone device or that the Jonas Brothers are even on the list at all. Priorities...

Comment by Michael Steele in reference to Arlen Specter

"Some in the Republican Party are happy about this. I am not. Let’s be honest—Senator Specter didn’t leave the GOP based on principles of any kind. He left to further his personal political interests because he knew that he was going to lose a Republican primary due to his left-wing voting record. Republicans look forward to beating Sen. Specter in 2010, assuming the Democrats don’t do it first."

Specter is nothing but a traitor to the GOP. Steele said it best, all he was trying to do is further his person political interests. In lieu of the situation though, even though he just recently announced his switch, he's been with the Dem's most of the time anyhow. Secondly, its funny to see how quickly he changed his mind after seeing the polls. He did an interview on March 17th, (or at least that's when it was aired) stating that he would not be changing parties.

100 days

Wow, nice to know that CNN, or as I like to call it the "Communist News Network" can ask the dumbest questions ever. I mean seriously this is the President, not a second grader. Of course its already been said on the news today but how the hell can Miss California get a more challenging question than the President??
.... Oh thats right, should have know. President Obama can't function without a teleprompter. If the intention of our country was to elect a good public speaker, then we definitely picked the right guy. The question on everyone's minds than, is WHO THE F IS RUNNING OUR COUNTRY? Sure, lets get tough on national security, then close GITMO. Nice job Barack, way to be consistent. Maybe Austria isn't so out of line by commenting that if they aren't that dangerous, then why don't you [The United States] keep them. In a recent article written by Judge Napolitano in January, he states: "No matter how evil the government says those whom it has detained may be, they have the same natural rights as you and I do, and that includes the right to a fair trial before a jury here in the U.S." I agree. Give these people a fair trial and move on.

Immelt Remarks, all time Low

Good Morning!
Nothing to write about yet today. I've been watching Fox and Friends this morning with Gretchen, Brian, and Steve; those guys are great.
WOW! Just watched the interview that Janeane Garofalo did with MSNBC, she is an absolute leftist idiot. She has no shame calling out people for standing up for what they believe, if it is not in line with her own beliefs. At what point does freedom of speech allow for a public figure to clearly, berate and belittle  regular American citizens? That right there is unpatriotic. Second, by her calling them "Rednecks" as if it is hurtful or something is just funny. I live in Vermont. The media has portrayed this state as a bunch of rednecks on more then one occasion, so if you're trying to make fun of Republicans or "tea-party" goers, try pulling out another insult from you bag of goodies Janeane.
Furthermore, when Immelt was questioned about the interview, and why the anchor giving the interview didn't even rebut her comments he fumbled and turned the microphone off. He is a pinhead as Bill O'Reilly would say and it's simply pathetic.
